Biography

Judge Lineka N. Quijano serves as the Coast Guard Administrative Law Judge for the Baltimore ALJ field office. Before she was elevated to the bench, Coast Guard suspension and revocation records identify Quijano as a Coast Guard S&R prosecutor, including in U.S. Coast Guard vs. Mark Steven Stinziano, where she appeared for the Coast Guard alongside Jennifer A. Mehaffey and other Coast Guard counsel. Her later ALJ orders place her chambers in Baltimore, Maryland, and show her presiding over merchant mariner credential suspension and revocation matters.
