1. This investigation was conducted pursuant to the suspected violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice: Article 134 (Assimilation of Title 18 USC 2252A - Child Pornography); Article 134 - (Obstructing Justice); and Article 121 - (Larceny and wrongful appropriation).
