EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

1. This reactive criminal investigation is being conducted pursuant to a suspected violation of Article 120 (Abusive Sexual Contact) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
2. Subsequent to References (A) through , on 16Oct14 [REDACTED] awarded Non-Judicial Punishment (NJP) and was found guilty of violating Article 92 (Failure to Obey Order or Regulation) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, a violation of a lawful General Order; that being, SECNAVINST 5300.26D, by wrongfully creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive working environment. As a result of being found guilty [REDACTED] received an oral admonishment for his inappropriate actions, Exhibit (9) pertains.
