NARRATIVE

1. This reactive investigation pertains to the suspected violation of Article 120 (Other Sexual Misconduct) in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).

2. On 21Apri18, the Special Agent Afloat (SAA), USNS MERCY (T-AH 19), was notified by [REDACTED], Leading Chief Petty Officer (LCPO), Medical Treatment Facility (MIF) Security, USNS MERCY, that [REDACTED], reported that [REDACTED], had sent a nude photograph of [REDACTED], to an unknown person.
