EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On 18FEB16, [REDACTED] JAGC, USN, Region Legal Service Office Japan Detachment Singapore notified NCISRA Singapore of an alleged abusive sexual assault at Galaxies Night Club & Bar in Sasebo, Japan on 03FEB16. Initial details of the reported incident were gleaned from the Navy Unit SITREP, Military Sealift Command (MSC) email correspondence and statements from crew members of the USNS HENSON (T-AGS 63) and USNS BOWDITCH (T-AGS 62).
