EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On 18FEB16, [REDACTED] JAGC, USN, Region Legal Service Office Japan Detachment Singapore notified NCISRA Singapore of an alleged abusive sexual assault at Galaxies Night Club & Bar in Sasebo, Japan on 03FEB16.
