EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This reactive criminal investigation was initiated on 15APR16, upon notification from [REDACTED] Legal Officer, Coastal Riverine Squadron Ten ORIVRON TEN), Jacksonville, FL, regarding an alleged sexual assault (Abusive Sexual Contact). 1. This reactive criminal investigation pertains to suspected violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) Article 120 (Abusive Sexual Contact).

On 26JUL16, Participating Agents (PA) [REDACTED] NCISRA Bahrain and PA [REDACTED] [REDACTED] NCISRA Bahrain, conducted a crime scene examination of the Reaction Force room located aboard USNS ALAN SHEPARD (T-AKE3).
