EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
1. On 17Jan18, NCISRA Marianas was notified by Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 25 (HSC-25), Andersen AFB, Guam, of the alleged abusive sexual contact of [REDACTED] and[REDACTED] y yin October 2017 aboard the USNS Charles Drew. 1. This reactive investigation pertains to suspected violations of Article 120 (Abusive Sexual Contact) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) .
2. Per Reference (F), the active investigation was complete as of 20Apr18 and remained open pending the results of administrative separation (ADSEP) boards for [REDACTED]
