1. This reactive investigation pertains to a suspected violation of Article 120 (Abusive Sexual Contact) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). References (A) and ontain investigative activity to date.

2. On 12APR22, NCISRA Whidbey Island received the Sexual Assault Disposition Report (SADR) for [REDACTED] SADR documented that (p [REDACTED] attended non-judicial punishment (NaP) on 25MAR22. He was found Tee of violation of the UCMJ Article 92 (Violating Lawful General Order - DON Policy on Sexual Harassment). He was awarded forfeiture of $2451.75, and reduction in grade by one (1) grade; Exhibit (9) pertains.

4. On 16JUL21, 24 hour SVIP notifications were made to the Special Victims Investigation and Prosecution (SVIP) team, which consisted of the following members: [REDACTED].
