Subsequently, [REDACTED] Signed a VPS declining any further involvement in an NCIS investigation. Both [REDACTED] were offered VWAPs, but declined to accept them. In an interview with [REDACTED], Executive Officer, USNS COMFORT, he stated that he with [REDACTED]touch the hip and buttocks of [REDACTED] while she was dancing with [REDACTED] Stated he approached(h[REDACTED] several times and told him he was in the wrong. NARRATIVE
1. This reactive investigation pertains to the suspected violation of Article 120 (Abusive Sexual Contact) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) .
2. On 17Dec15, an Admiral's Mast hearing was convened during which [REDACTED] found to be guilty of three (3) specifications of Article 89 (Disrespect toward superior commissioned officer), two (2) specifications of Article 128 (Assault), and one (1) specification each of Articles 90 (Assaulting or willfully disobeying superior commissioned officer) and 134 (Disorder to prejudice the good and order of the service) of the UCMd .
