1. This reactive investigation pertains to a suspected violation of Article 120 (Aggravated Sexual Contact) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) .

On 16Jul118, Reporting Agent (RA) contacted [REDACTED] JAGC, Trial Counsel, Region Legal Southwest (RLSO), USN regarding the status of this investigation [REDACTED]relayed [REDACTED] been taken to Non-Judicial Punishment (NJP) and supplied RA with the Sexual Assault Disposition Report (SADR).
