Judge Michael Devine, U.S. Coast Guard ALJ mlccadmin September 9, 2024

  • Judge Michael J. Devine

Corrupt U.S. Coast Guard Administrative Law Judge

    Judge Michael J. Devine

The dishonorable Judge Michael J. Devine is a corrupt, predator-protecting disgrace to the federal judiciary. Devine is the co-author (along with Sarah Grabenstein) of the infamous U.S. Coast Guard vs. Mark Steven Stiniziano, an historically shocking piece of corporate corruption thinly disguised as a legal opinion. In Stinziano, Devine literally legalized shipboard sexual assault, mental & physical torture, hazing, bullying, sexual abuse, extreme forms of sexual harassment, and much, much more. Now, thanks to Judge Michael Devine, No One is Safe at Sea. In Response to Devine’s ruling in U.S. Coast Guard vs. Stinziano, MLAA filed a Federal lawsuit against the U.S. Coast Guard ALJ Court seeking over 30 years of records on the court’s handling of sexual misconduct claims. The early results of that lawsuit have been shocking. Michael Devine is a cancer and must be removed from his office. There will be no progress on maritime safety until Devine and his colleagues are fired via legislation passed by Congress.
